This site was created as an information site – designed for individuals by Texas Board Certified Estate Planning and Probate Attorney & Certified Public Accountant – Paul F. Wright. The goal is to use the internet for good and spread information regarding probate, estate planning, guardianship, tax and elder law issues. The site and information contained within should not be considered legal, or accounting advice. Merely reading this site does not establish an attorney, or certified public accountant relationship. You should always consult with a licensed professional. When you consider that only forty-two (42) percent of adults in America have wills and over a majority do not understand the probate process – we have a lot of work to do!
